Our story

Built close to the work.

We started where plans meet reality: with the people who have to make them work.

Our first products helped teams coordinate the daily realities of staffing and frontline operations. Working with customers at scale made a larger problem clear: the most important decisions rarely stay inside one team or one system.

We expanded from workforce workflows into the wider operation. Today, easyteam Enterprise models the dependencies that connect departments and resources, while our Retail and Embedded products serve distinct needs in the same portfolio.

That progression shapes how we build: start with the actual operation, make its constraints explicit, and put useful decisions in the hands of the people responsible for outcomes.
